BootCamp is an highly concentrated 4 hour a day, 3 day workout program designed to kickstart your fitness plan. It was designed by Donna to help a group of her clients push past plateaus. It's a combination of a variety of exercises including weight training and a 5 to 6 meal a day diet to set metabolisms in motion. Our inches average from 12- to 20 inches in 3 days.
As Donna explains, since the body can only process 600 calories at a time if you're out of shape and have a low metabolism and 1000 calories if you're in shape, tall and skinny with a high metabolism. If you're out of shape, the body stores any calories over 600 as fat. And stored fat takes twice as long to burn.
BootCamp also helps you mentally as well as physically. In the first 6 weeks of a workout routine, you're tired, you're hungry. BootCamp puts you mentally 6 weeks ahead. If you can get through 3 days, 4 hours a day, then 1 to 2 hours a day isn't so overwhelming. Even one day a month is an extra 4000 calories burned for the month!
